Responsibilities * Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process * Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities * Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume * Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community * Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants, and then make them happen! * Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience * Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market * Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget Qualifications * Demonstrated sales success * Self-starter and able to perform tasks independently * Superb interpersonal and communication skills * Top-notch time management skills * Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies * A team player that plays to win! * Must have or are pursuing a valid Real Estate License (we can help you with the process if you aren't licensed) * Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * Continuing education credits * Employee assistance program * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * License reimbursement * On-the-job training * Professional development assistance Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cincinnati, OH 45242
