A Western New York business owner with multiple ventures across industries-- including retail housing, commercial development, restaurants, family entertainment, and manufacturing--is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Sales & Business Development Representative to help grow revenue and expand market presence across each of these individual lines of business. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with ownership, gaining exposure to multiple industries and playing a hands-on role in shaping sales strategies, building partnerships, and driving new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new leads across multiple industries, including retail housing, commercial development, hospitality, family entertainment, manufacturing, and related sectors. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners. * Promote a variety of products, services, and experiences--tailoring the sales approach to each business area. * Conduct in-person meetings, site visits, and presentations to prospective clients and partners. * Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and close deals that drive sustainable revenue growth. * Collaborate directly with ownership to identify opportunities, refine sales strategies, and prioritize growth initiatives. * Represent each brand with professionalism, energy, and a customer-driven mindset. Qualifications: * Four year undergraduate degree required. * Proven background in sales, business development, or account management desired. * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to adapt sales strategies across different industries and audiences. * Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter attitude. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally and regionally. This is a full-time position offering a $50,000 base salary plus commissions, with significant earning potential based on performance. There is no cap on commissions, allowing driven individuals to grow their income in line with their success.
