SUMMARY The primary responsibility of this role is to properly install, manage, repair, and sell non-alcohol coolers into the Long Beverage market. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Market: 90% Represent company in a professional manner and provides excellent customer service. * Deliver, set up, modify, or replace commercial refrigeration equipment such as True, Imbera, Beverage Air, and Habco visa coolers in Off - Premise customer accounts. * Operate a Box Truck with lift gate and utilize the loading equipment to safely deliver Coolers. * Lift product and coolers over 25 pounds. * Basic Maintenance of Visa Coolers (Cleaning, Light bulbs, handles,) * Use computer or iPad to document Periodic Maintenance service and complete necessary account surveys such as visa cooler contracts in Encompass. * Sell the LBI Non-Alcoholic portfolio in our accounts to increase sales and market share. * Sell additional cooler placements to our current customers or set up new accounts. * Assist in the execution of chain programing as needed. * Adhere to company standards in all accounts - follow proper dress code and groomed. * Maintain a friendly, working relationship with each account. * Maintain safe driving record and comply with company points policy. * Confer with Supervisor and Senior Management on requests and or questions that occur in the market. * Establish and maintain retail relationships with delivery driver and account manager to foster teamwork and cooperation. * Obey all Federal, State, and local laws. * Perform other duties as assigned. * Always adhere to company safety standards. Office: 10% Administration: Responsible for inputting cooler data into Encompass and requesting service parts and work orders. * Proper inventory of cooler assets - Checking in and out of inventory * Ordering parts and work orders for repairs * Inputting cooler serial numbers * Inputting brands and pack sizes Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Company car * Life insurance * Paid training License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: * Raleigh, NC 27617 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Raleigh, NC 27617: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
