Zivel Newport: Esthetician We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team at Zivel Newport. Selling is key in this role! One of the main indicators of success will be the ability to upsell customers from single services to packages, which you will be eligible to earn commission on. While specific experience in advanced beauty treatments is not required, the ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of skincare, skincare products, and essential treatments. We will provide thorough training to ensure you can deliver high-quality services, including facials and body treatments focused on weight loss and toning. Responsibilities: * Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit. * Perform basic skincare treatments such as facials, as well as body treatments focused on weight loss and toning. * Actively engage in sales by recommending additional services, earning commissions and bonuses based on performance. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area and equipment to ensure a safe environment for clients. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their skincare and body treatment needs, offering friendly advice and promoting other services. * Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere. * Assist with front desk duties when needed. Requirements: * Esthetician license * A passion for sales and the desire to achieve sales bonuses and commissions. * Knowledge of skincare, facials, body treatments for weight loss, and skin care products. * A friendly, energetic, and approachable personality that makes clients feel at ease. * Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with clients positively and professionally. * Willingness to learn and grow, as we will provide full training on treatments and services.
