As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven Sales Professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting customers, helping them plan outdoor projects, and taking ownership of the sales process from first conversation through project handoff. What You Will Do * Conduct on-site estimates and gather project details needed to produce accurate proposals. * Help customers choose fencing, railing, gate, and deck solutions * Prepare and deliver proposals in a timely manner * Follow up with prospects until projects are closed * Submit documentation for production once jobs are sold * Create detailed site drawings, photos, and notes for installation teams * Work toward monthly sales goals and activity targets * Collaborate with internal teams to support the customer * Continue learning our products, construction methods, and sales best practices Success in This Role Looks Like * Responding quickly to new leads * Keeping an organized pipeline and follow-up schedule * Communicating well with customers and teammates * Closing profitable work * Providing a smooth customer experience Who We 're Looking For * Previous sales or customer-facing experience (preferred) * Comfort using email, CRM tools, and mobile apps * Strong communication skills * Upbeat and good attitude * Ability to manage time, appointments, and follow-ups effectively. * Self-starter mentality with a desire to grow. * Team player * Construction or outdoor project experience is helpful but not required. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are more important.
