Account Representative / Client Account Manager Location: Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island (and New England) Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid / Field / Remote Role Overview You will be the primary client contact for a portfolio of accounts. You will maintain relationships, manage project expectations, coordinate with internal teams, upsell where possible, and ensure client satisfaction. This role may require regional travel across New England. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. A passport and ability to travel internationally (EU or Caribbean) is a plus but not required. What You Will Do * Serve as main liaison with assigned clients, check in regularly, collect feedback, communicate status, and ensure satisfaction * Manage client communications regarding project scope, deliverables, timelines, and service agreements * Prepare proposals, quotes, and scopes using QuoteWerks and coordinate with vendors, wholesalers, and internal teams * Track renewals, contracts, and service agreements * Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with clients' technical and business goals * Work with IT technicians, project engineers, and support staff to deliver solutions on time * Monitor client environments and recommend improvements, upgrades, or new solutions * Report on account performance, revenue, client health, and growth trends * Handle escalations, ensuring rapid resolution and clear client communication * Occasionally travel to client sites across New England and infrequently international What We Are Looking For * Excellent communication and relationship skills * Experience in account management, sales, customer success, or client-facing roles (technical background is a plus) * Comfortable interacting with technical language and coordinating technical teams * Experience or familiarity using QuoteWerks and Microsoft Dynamics CRM * Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines * Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regionally * Passport and ability to travel internationally is a plus * Business acumen with the ability to understand client goals, budgets, and vendor relationships * Self-driven, responsive, and client-focused About Our Business We are an MSP, IT services, and cybersecurity firm with a broad portfolio of vendors and wholesalers.
