We're seeking a qualified Outside Sales Representative to help us sell the services that make us a dependable source for the manufacturing industry. The Outside Sales Representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, a hustler to be the very best at what they can do, and the ability to showcase our business in a compelling way . This Outside Sales Rep position will partner with an Inside Sales Rep to dually manage _ a defined territory. _ Who Is Industrial Repair Service? Since 1991, it has been Industrial Repair Services' mission to reduce downtime and cut maintenance cost for production lines nationwide. Our dependable team helps find ways to improve the reliability and performance of manufacturing equipment and develop a preventative maintenance plan after the OEM's warranty has expired. (Don't worry, we'll teach you everything you need to know to succeed in our industry!) Responsibilities: Present, promote, and sell services to existing and prospective customers Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reach out to customer leads with cold calling Some traveling Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Achieve fixed sales goals each month Accept feedback to continuously improve performance Monday through Friday (40-hour weeks) Requirements: Clean driving record, and ability to pass our Drug and Background screening Ability to work independently Excellent computer and data entry skills Highly motivated and target driven Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Team player with a positive attitude Base salary per year + commission + bonuses with earning potential as follows: Year 2 earning potential - $60k - $65k Year 5 - $75k - $90k+ Tools Provided: Company Car, or Car Allowance, Laptop, Cell Phone, Company Credit Card Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision offered at 60 days, with company contribution towards monthly premium 401k when vested (12 Months) PTO, tiered program based on years in service Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: On the road
