What You'll Do * Drive company trucks to residential and commercial job sites * Greet customers, provide on-site estimates, and close jobs * Lift, load, and haul heavy items (up to 100 lbs with team help) * Use our app to manage your schedule and job details * Maintain a clean and safe truck * Represent Count Junkula with professionalism, friendliness, and hustle Sales Element of the Job This role is ideal for sales-minded individuals. Jobs start with an in- person estimate, and your ability to confidently present and close that estimate directly impacts your bonus. We provide weekly paid sales training , so even if you don't have experience, we'll help you level up quickly and consistently. Requirements * Valid driver's license held for at least 5 years * Clean driving record * Physically able to lift heavy items repeatedly * Comfortable working in hot, cold, or rainy conditions * Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable talking to customers * Available to work at least 3 shifts per week * Must pass background check Why Work at Count Junkula?
