Job Title: Full-Time Home Care Sales Representative Location: Independence (Travel around a 30-minute radius) Job Type: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Local Travel Required Join Our Growing Team! Are you a driven, people-oriented sales professional with a passion for making a difference? We are seeking a full-time Home Care Sales Representative to help grow our client base in Ohio. This is a high-impact role that combines field-based networking with relationship-driven sales to help families get the care they need. What You'll Do: * Represent our agency at networking events, community outreach opportunities, and healthcare partner meetings. * Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, rehab centers, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners, social workers, and senior communities. * Identify and close new business opportunities to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets. * Follow up on leads, conduct in-home consultations, and work closely with internal care coordinators to onboard clients smoothly. * Maintain an active presence in the community as a trusted representative of our brand. What We're Looking For: * Proven sales experience, ideally in home care, healthcare, or senior services. * Strong local network within the healthcare or senior care space is a plus. * Excellent communication, follow-through, and presentation skills. * Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in the field. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
