As a Roofing & Construction Canvasser, you will be the frontline ambassador, engaging directly with potential clients through door-to-door outreach and community marketing. Responsibilities * Conduct door-to-door canvassing in targeted neighborhoods to identify potential customers interested in roofing and construction services * Engage with homeowners confidently, explaining service benefits, answering questions, and addressing concerns with professionalism * Schedule appointments for consultations with the sales team, ensuring smooth handoffs and follow-up on leads * Utilize strong communication skills to negotiate service agreements and close sales effectively * Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, customer interactions, and scheduled appointments using company CRM tools * Collaborate with team members to develop new marketing strategies and improve canvassing techniques * Assist in telemarketing efforts or fundraising initiatives as needed to expand outreach efforts Skills * Experience with door-to-door appointment setting PR sales in various catagories (solar, pest control, windows, lawncare, and others) * Strong background in marketing and customer service, with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences * Sales experience that showcases your persuasive communication skills * Excellent negotiation skills to confidently present services and set appointments * Outstanding verbal communication skills, active listening abilities, and a friendly demeanor that builds trust quickly * Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team setting * Knowledge of the roofing or construction industry is advantageous but not required; training will be provided Join us as a Roofing & Construction Canvasser and become part of an energetic team committed to growth, community engagement, and delivering exceptional service.
