Role Description : This is a part-time/full-time on-site role as a Stronghold Retail Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for product knowledge, retail sales, effective communication, excellent customer service and daily store operations. What You Will Do: * Welcome and engage guests with warmth, professionalism and hospitality while driving sales and increasing the bottom line. * Become a knowledgeable expert on our collection of authentic heritage brands and their iconic products. * Build long-term relationships with guests through meaningful in-store interactions and personalized follow-up outreach. * Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling retail environment that reflects the quality of our products.Ensure the store remains well-stocked and properly merchandised at all times. * Support The Stronghold's mission by sharing the stories behind the brands we carry and educating guests on what makes them true heritage labels. Qualifications: 3-5 years of luxury retail experience, with a proven track record of elevated sales execution is required * A genuine passion for heritage craftsmanship, timeless design, and quality-made goods * Interest in storytelling--especially around brand history, authenticity, and product origin * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; you take pride in offering warm, knowledgeable service to both guests and team members * Strong attention to detail and a personal standard of cleanliness, organization, and presentation * Comfortable working with technology, including Shopify POS * Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team * Ability to build and maintain client relationships through thoughtful follow-up and guest outreach * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays * Able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting, stocking, and occasional visual merchandising tasks Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount Experience: * Fashion retail: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Venice, CA 90291 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
