We're growing fast and looking for a high-performing Sales & Estimator to join our team. The Opportunity We're seeking a high-caliber, self-motivated professional to drive growth through inspections, maintenance programs, reroofing projects, and new construction/bid work. The ideal candidate can consistently generate $125,000-$200,000 in monthly revenue while maintaining long-term client relationships and expanding our market reach. This is a results-based position that rewards initiative, performance, and professionalism with excellent earning potential. What You 'll Do * Identify and develop new opportunities in commercial roofing, including service work, reroofs, and new construction/bid projects * Conduct inspections, prepare accurate estimates and detailed proposals * Pursue and secure bid opportunities with general contractors, project managers, and consultants * Follow up on inspections, leads, and maintenance plans to close sales * Collaborate with the production and operations teams for smooth project delivery * Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue goals * Represent Roof Medics with integrity, professionalism, and pride What We 're Looking For * Proven success in roofing, construction, or B2B sales/estimating (commercial roofing preferred) * Experience in new construction and bid work strongly preferred * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently * Strong understanding of roofing systems or willingness to learn quickly * Valid driver's license and clean driving record Compensation & Benefits * Base Salary: $60,000/year * Commission + Performance Bonuses: Earn $100,000-$150,000+ annually based on results * Company Vehicle * Company Apparel Program * Incentive Trips * Career growth within a rapidly expanding, performance-driven company * Supportive team culture with strong leadership and mentorship Ready to Build a Lucrative Career?
