HOURLY + COMMISSION 5- YEARS TECHNICIAN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED PROOF OF SALES EXPERIENCE IN HVAC FIELD Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled HVAC professional who excels in both technical service and sales. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to recommend solutions to customers, and a proven track record of closing sales. Responsibilities: * Diagnose, service, and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions * Present repair, replacement, and upgrade options in a clear and professional manner * Close sales and meet or exceed individual sales goals * Maintain accurate service and sales documentation * Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships * Follow all safety standards and company procedures Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC technician experience * Proven sales experience with documented sales performance or references * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and best practices * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Preferred Qualifications: * HVAC certifications (EPA, NATE, or equivalent) * Experience with residential replacement sales * Familiarity with CRM or service management software Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive base pay plus commission * Ongoing training and career growth opportunities * Company vehicle, tools, and uniform (if applicable) * Benefits package available (health, PTO, etc.) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: * Company car * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Paid training Experience: * Service technician: 5 years (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: * Mesa, AZ (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Mesa, AZ: Relocate before starting work (Required) Willingness to travel: * 100% (Required) Work Location: On the road
