Job Summary NexGen Roofing & Contracting is a reputable and growing roofing company specializing in roofing solutions. We're currently looking for motivated and outgoing Sales Representatives to join our team and help homeowners and businesses find the best roofing solutions. Duties * Generate new leads through canvassing, referrals, and networking. * Schedule and attend roofing inspections and sales appointments. * Assess roofing needs and provide accurate estimates and recommendations. * Educate homeowners or business owners on roofing options and insurance claims (if applicable). * Close sales and follow up with customers throughout the project timeline. * Maintain accurate records using CRM software. * Represent the company professionally at all time. * Qualifications * Prior sales experience preferred, roofing or construction industry a plus. * Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-driven attitude. * Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections (training provided). * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed. * Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing customer interactions. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. * Ability to perform product demonstrations effectively and engage potential customers. * Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
