Job description: We are looking to add to our team, we are LW Office Furniture Warehouse the Midwest's largest new and used office furniture warehouse with 4 locations Cincinnati Ohio, Lexington Ky, Louisville Ky and now Indianapolis In and still growing. This position is for our Indianapolis In. location. Do you like to grow your earnings annually? Do you want to work in a small positive work environment? What will you do: * Greet customers in our 59,000 sq ft warehouse/ showroom. * Send quotes and follow up to generate sales. * Communicate accurate product descriptions and use product knowledge to educate customers. * Help facilitate and take charge of office design, color schemes. * Establish and maintain trusted customer relations and be seen as the office furniture expert. * Maintain our customer eccentric relationship and our 4.9-star Google ratings. * Learn and understand our computer system and processes. * Adapt and be part of our culture. * Assist in projects, inventory management, and growth of the company. What you will need: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent follow-up with clients. * A desire to obtain your goals and objectives. * Capable of learning office furniture, facts, and features. * Previous success in a sales position. * Computer knowledge and ability to learn quickly.
