Sales Designer - Outdoor Living / Design-Build Location: Northwestern Cleveland, OH About the Company: Join an established Design/Build company creating stunning outdoor living spaces. Known for quality work and long-term client relationships, they're growing fast to meet increasing demand. The Role: As a Sales Designer, you'll guide residential clients from initial interest to signed contracts for outdoor living projects--landscaping, hardscaping, pools, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, irrigation, lighting, and more. You'll manage the sales pipeline, produce designs, define project scope and budgets, and monitor projects through construction. Your Goal: Sell $1M-$1.5M in projects annually (projects range $50k-$350k). What You 'll Do: * Follow up on leads and qualify opportunities * Build relationships and guide clients through project planning * Create designs and proposals, define budgets, and close sales * Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines * Oversee projects during construction and handle major change orders What We 're Looking For: * Degree in Landscape Design or Architecture * 5+ years of sales & design experience in outdoor living solutions * Proficiency in SketchUp or similar design software * Strong knowledge of horticulture and landscape construction * Skilled at preparing estimates and proposals * Valid driver's license and insurable driving record * Adaptable, organized, and professional * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Why You 'll Love It: * Work with high-end residential clients * Be part of a growing, reputable company * Opportunity to drive significant revenue and build your career Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Relocation assistance * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Which design software are you proficient in?
