Job Description

We are seeking a driven and energetic Junior Insurance Broker to join our team on a 1099 basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone new to the industry or looking to transition into a more flexible, entrepreneurial role. You will work closely with clients to assess their insurance needs and connect them with the best products on the market.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (Life, Annuities)
• Explain policy features and benefits clearly and accurately
• Maintain relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Stay up to date on insurance industry regulations and product offerings
• Attend training sessions and team meetings (virtual or in-person)
• Maintain proper licensure and continuing education as required

Qualifications

• Must hold or be willing to obtain a state insurance license (2-14 Life & Annuities)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. What We Offer

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

Compensation

is commission-only , with potential earnings of $40,000 -$100,000+ annually, depending on performance and effort. Bonuses and incentives available for top performers.
