Job Description We are seeking a driven and energetic Junior Insurance Broker to join our team on a 1099 basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone new to the industry or looking to transition into a more flexible, entrepreneurial role. You will work closely with clients to assess their insurance needs and connect them with the best products on the market. Responsibilities * Prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms * Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (Life, Annuities) * Explain policy features and benefits clearly and accurately * Maintain relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service * Stay up to date on insurance industry regulations and product offerings * Attend training sessions and team meetings (virtual or in-person) * Maintain proper licensure and continuing education as required Qualifications * Must hold or be willing to obtain a state insurance license (2-14 Life & Annuities) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic * Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule * Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. What We Offer * 100% commission-based income with no cap on earnings * Flexible schedule - work from home or on the go * Access to top-rated insurance carriers * Hands-on training and one-on-one mentorship * Proven systems and tools to help you succeed * Advancement opportunities based on performance Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
