Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of outside sales techniques, business development strategies, and customer engagement practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth by leveraging your expertise in B2B sales, territory management, and technical product demonstrations. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and market research * Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs * Develop and implement territory management plans to maximize coverage and sales potential * Generate leads using CRM software tools such as Salesforce and other CRM platforms * Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively while maintaining professional customer relationships * Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation * Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities Experience * Proven track record in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales roles with a minimum of 3 years' experience * Demonstrated success in managing territory sales and developing new business opportunities * Experience with CRM software or similar platforms for lead management and analysis * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively * Familiarity with marketing strategies that support business development efforts * Knowledge of technology or product-specific sales is highly desirable * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment If you are passionate about driving growth through strategic sales efforts, possess excellent relationship-building skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
