TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER (2 POSITIONS) One position is in Western MA, and the other is in the Hartford, CT area Salary plus commission RESPONSIBILITIES Generate new sales leads, negotiate client pricing, and forecast sales revenue for custom plastics injection molding projects. Demonstrate technical features of plastics injection molding for potential customers Drive sales while meeting goals and building business relationships (establishing a solid book of business) Travel to customer sites occasionally and escort customers during on-site plant tours Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing to create accurate price quotes and proposals for customers. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree (Engineering or Plastic Engineering) 7+ years of experience and strong technical knowledge of plastic injection molding or contract manufacturing in different fields such as resin/materials, PCB or sheet metal servicing similar customers Ability to read blueprints / CAD software Professional communication both written and verbal. NICE TO HAVE IQMS experience A solid book of business Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
