Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred). * Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR functions (preferred). * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. * Comfortable presenting to individuals and large groups, in-person and virtually. * Familiarity with ATS platforms and online job posting best practices. * Strong networking abilities with a focus on relationship-building.
