Position Overview

Chamber Concierge is a digital and print marketing company with over 50 years of experience partnering with hundreds of Chambers of Commerce across the country. We specialize in helping Chambers and their members increase visibility, engagement, and revenue through targeted marketing programs.

We are seeking a motivated relationship-driven Client Engagement Representative to support outreach, client communication, and campaign participation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building trust, and driving results. Previous sales experience is helpful but not required - we provide structured training, proven processes, and the tools needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

-Engage with Chamber of Commerce members and business clients through phone, email, and virtual communication.

-Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.

-Present digital and print marketing opportunities clearly and confidently.

-Educate clients on available advertising and promotional solutions.

-Manage outreach and follow-up activity within the Salesforce CRM.

-Track conversations, next steps, and pipeline status accurately.

-Meet or exceed outreach and engagement activity targets.

-Maintain a professional, consultative approach in all client interactions.
