Commercial Sales Manager

Batteries Plus Concord NH is seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing and energetic professional with a strong sales background who understands the dynamics of relationship selling and building lifelong partnerships. Our retail sales consultants are the heart of our customer-focused organization, delivering creative solutions to our clients challenges. The ideal commercial representative will bring that same mindset to our commercial customers and will be extremely self-motivated, have excellent presentation and communication skills, and be highly motivated to meet sales objectives. What you will do: Prospect and attain new business in designated territory; Maintain and develop existing customers through consistent representation; Ability to formulate account strategies and execute them; Develop a territory management plan to maximize time with customers; Meet and exceed revenue goals in collaboration with sales management; Utilize online resources to maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer files, and sales activity information; Coordinate education and provide vendor and company support to grow the client's business; Represent Batteries Plus Concord NH at occasional shows and events; Attend training and meetings to expand your business acumen.

What we are looking for: Inside and/or Outside sales experience, preferably B2B and/or with an electrical/electronics background; Self-motivated, creative thinker and team player; Must be familiar with basic MS Office suite; Strong communicator; Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce, etc.) and social networking platforms; Valid driver's license and vehicle; English required - some Spanish a plus.
