Technical Inside Sales Representative: Job Description

KAI-Connect is a technical sales firm based out of Long Beach. We specialize in representing technology innovators within the semi-conductor, connector, and cable industries.

We seek a new junior inside sales person who has an interest in breaking into the technology and electronics industry. We represent over a dozen Tier 1 manufacturers (Samsung, Monolithic Power Systems, etc.). Some of our end customers include Space X, Boeing, Raytheon, Anduril etc..

This role involves monitoring a support email box that could have emails from any of our 12 manufactures or any of hundreds of customers. Must be able to critically think and process these emails. Along with proecessing our support box, be proactive, self prioritize, and able to shift from one thing to another.

Outgoing calls: Be willing and not afraid when time permits to make outgoing sales calls based on leads and incoming inquiries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Critical thinker; problem solver and solution maker
• Reliable and willingness to learn about technical sales.
• Support Outside sales with CRM input, email assistance, booking meetings.
• Generate new business opportunities via warm lead outreach by phone and email- Identify decision makers

Qualifications:

• Proactive Self-motivated, ability to create tasks
• Superior communication skillset required.
• Ideal Candidate lives in or nearby greater Long Beach city area
