What Youll Do

As Clinic Sales Manager, you will:

Conduct high-impact consultations and close $30,000+ per month in sales

Upsell and recommend services such as Laser Hair Removal and CoolSculpting

Perform treatments with precision (full training provided)

Train and coach 12 Laser Hair Removal Technicians to increase upsells

Enforce systems, protocols, and performance standards

Partner with marketing to maximize inbound leads

Take ownership of results like a true sales professional

Training and Support

No medical aesthetics experience required.
