Part-Time Lead Generation Specialist (Fully Remote)

Location: Remote (U.S.)

Hours: 1015 per week +

Compensation: $20/hr + commission incentive

About the Role

ConfiTrek is seeking a motivated Part-Time Lead Generation Specialist to support our growing Sales Team. This role is ideal for someone interested in Sales, Software/Technology, or Law Enforcement support services. 

As a Lead Generator, youll play a key role in our growth by identifying prospective agencies, initiating meaningful outreach, collecting accurate data, and setting up product demos for our Sales Team. Youll be trained on our product, our value proposition, and how to navigate HubSpot CRM to document your activity and manage your pipeline.

This is a remote position with flexible work hours.

What Youll Do

• Conduct outbound calls to law enforcement agencies to verify information, introduce ConfiTrek, and gather key data points
• Document all outreach and findings in HubSpot CRM
• Qualify leads and schedule demos for the Sales Team
• Maintain organized notes, updates, and follow-ups to keep our data accurate
• Learn ConfiTreks platform well enough to speak confidently about its purpose and benefits
• Collaborate closely with Sales on lead quality, call strategy, and improvement opportunities

• Organized and detail-oriented, especially when documenting activity in HubSpot
• Curious, coachable, and willing to learn product basics and call strategy
• Self-starter with initiative and drive who can work independently with flexible hours
• With demonstrated success and interest in long-term growth, this role can lead to advancement into a full Sales position
