Commission-Only Sales Representative (Trade Shows Nationwide)

We operate at major trade shows, expos, fairs, and high-traffic mall locations nationwide, reaching customers who are already in a buying mindset.

We are expanding our national sales team and looking for motivated, high-energy closers who thrive in face-to-face environments and want the earning power of high-ticket sales without the politics, long hours, or caps commonly found in retail or automotive sales roles.

Position Overview

We are seeking confident, outgoing Sales Representatives to run 3-day trade show events across the country. Youll be demonstrating wellness and recovery devices, engaging show attendees, presenting product benefits, and closing on-the-spot sales.

This is a commission-only role, but our top reps earn $5,000+ per weekend show, with top performers earning even more.

All travel, flights, hotels, transportation, and show expenses are fully covered by the company.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned trade shows FridaySunday (required)
• Set up, operate, and manage the booth during event hours
• Demonstrate products to attendees and explain benefits
• Maintain high energy and engagement throughout each event
• Close sales on the spot with professionalism and confidence
• Represent the brand with integrity and strong communication
• Track and report sales after each event
• Maintain a positive and highly motivated attitude

Who Thrives in This Role

This is NOT a role for order-takers. The people who thrive in this position typically come from:

• Car sales (closers, desk managers, GSMs)
• Door-to-door or in-home sales
• Trade show or expo sales
• Fitness/wellness product sales
• Traveling retail or event sales
• Any high-energy, face-to-face selling environment

You must be comfortable presenting, engaging strangers, demonstrating products physically, and asking for the sale.

Requirements

• Must be available to travel nationwide FridaySunday
• Strong closing skills and confidence in high-ticket sales
• Comfortable lifting up to 3050 lbs (show equipment)
• Reliable, professional, and excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn product presentations
• Valid drivers license and ability to fly
• Must be comfortable as a 1099 independent contractor
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for long periods

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-only opportunity.

Average reps earn $5K+ per weekend.

Top closers can earn $10K+ in a single event.
