Description
We are seeking a motivated sales professional to join our team and support the growth of our exchange-traded funds (ETFs) with sophisticated strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the firms partners from prospecting through capital raising. You will take the lead in managing the CRM, tracking the sales funnel, preparing client materials, and supporting outreach efforts. This is not a marketing position. It is a client-facing role where hard work, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly will be critical to your success. This is a fully remote position.
About Us
We manage a suite of exchange traded funds (ETFs) offering sophisticated investment strategies designed for professional and institutional investors. We are looking for a motivated sales associate to help drive our asset-raising efforts. You will take the lead in managing the CRM, tracking the sales funnel, preparing client materials, and supporting outreach efforts.

What Youll Do
- Manage CRM and track leads through the sales funnel
- Help convert qualified leads into committed capital
- Prepare client materials and support sales outreach
- Participate in select calls with RIAs and institutional prospects
- Provide regular pipeline updates and sales performance reporting
- Capture market feedback to refine sales strategy
What Were Looking For
- 2+ years of successful sales experience, ideally in financial services, fintech, SaaS, or another complex B2B environment.
- Proven ability to build and manage structured sales pipelines and close business.
- CRM experience (Salesforce, Constant Contact, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics.
- Strong communication skillsconfident presenting to professional investors and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable in a lean, entrepreneurial setting.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Nice to Have
- Experience selling ETFs, investment vehicles, or other regulated financial products.
- Familiarity with ETF distribution channels and intermediary relationships.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex investment strategies.
Compensation
Base salary plus performance-based bonus tied to AUM growth.
