Role Overview:
We are looking for a performance driven Inside Sales Manager to lead a team of highly motivated sales representatives in our Eugene, OR office. You will oversee daily sales operations, coach reps to peak performance, and drive revenue across our fast-growing verticals. This is an onsite leadership role with high visibility and direct impact on company growth.
Your Mission
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 812 inside sales representatives to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales workflows, ensuring leads are followed up with in a timely, effective manner.
- Own pipeline development, performance tracking, call coaching, and team accountability.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaign messaging and lead quality.
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans and activity benchmarks.
- Use CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) to ensure pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and data-driven decision making.
- Partner with senior leadership to scale sales playbooks and contribute to go-to-market strategy.
- Build a culture of high-performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing high performing inside sales teams.
- Proven track record in coaching, developing, and motivating sales reps to meet and exceed quota.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and lead-to-close sales processes.
- Experience managing inbound leads and pipeline development through CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data and KPIs to drive team performance.
- Excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing competing priorities and sales activity across multiple verticals.
