What Youll Do:

• Run in-home sales appointments with warm, company-provided leads
• Present and close customized water system solutions
• Educate homeowners on water safety, value, and long-term cost savings
• Use our proprietary CRM to track leads, quotes, and follow-ups
• Build and leverage referral networks with plumbers, contractors, and past clients

What You Bring to the Table:

• Minimum 4 years of proven in-home sales success (preferably with high-ticket products)
• Strong closing skills with a consultative sales approach
• Experience managing a self-driven schedule as an independent contractor
• CRM and tech proficiency
• Strong communication, follow-up, and objection-handling abilities
