What Youll Do:

• Conduct virtual or in-person consultations with homeowners

• Optionally recruit, train, and mentor new reps as you grow your team

What Were Looking For:

• Proven closer or highly coachable with strong communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
• Team-player mindset with leadership aspirations
• Previous sales experience a plus but not required
