Full description of the position

As a Recruiter with Goal Line Payments, youll help drive our growth by introducing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates to our outside sales roles for payment processing solutions. We provide a candidate pool, company email, live and recorded training, and mentorship to support your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry yourself with the utmost honesty and integrity
• Manage a robust pipeline throughout the recruiting process
• Call candidates leads provided (From Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, & ZipRecruiter)
• Send onboarding instructions via SMS/Text and email
• Follow up with interested candidates in a timely and efficient manner with the ability to pair up the recruit with the right manager

Compensation Plan

• Earn commission for each of the first 5 sales made by the sales agents that you recruit (paid on Friday)
• ***Receive profits generated from every account secured by the sales agents you recruit as monthly residual income
• ***Residual profit share increases as you grow with the company, creating a sustainable income stream.
• Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Performance-Based Bonuses
