Outside Sales Representative
ROGO Fastener Co., Inc.
ROGO Fastener Co., Inc. has proudly served the automotive repair industry for over 33 years and were still growing. We are currently seeking a driven and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and represent ROGOs high-quality line of fasteners, chemicals, and shop supplies, with a strong focus on American-made products.
This is a field-based position focused on building long-term relationships and expanding our footprint in an established and protected territory.
Responsibilities:
- Make 12 - 16 in-person route sales calls daily to:
- Automotive repair shops
- Autobody shops
- Automotive dealerships
- Motorcycle repair shops
- Golf courses, marinas, DPWs, and MRO businesses
- Wherever there is vehicle and equipment that need maintenance & repair
- Prospect and close new business while growing existing accounts
- Demonstrate products using ROGOs professional selling tools
- Provide exceptional service and build long-term customer loyalty
Required:
- 3+ years of outside sales experience in automotive, industrial, or chemical products
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
- Proven success building strong customer relationships
Preferred:
- Mechanical or automotive knowledge
- CRM or mobile tech experience (tablet-based sales tools)
