Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a relentless drive to succeed, exhibit an unwavering determination and drive to achieve financial success, a strong competitive nature, and outstanding sales skills. As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will be responsible for: * Building and maintaining relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences. * Demonstrating vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers. * Conducting test drives and effectively presenting vehicle options. * Negotiating and closing sales to meet monthly targets. * Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. * Keeping abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings. * Providing innovative and progressive insights in order to boost sales. Requirements: * Proven track record in automotive sales or a related field. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Ability and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. * Tenacity and persistence in pursuing sales targets. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
