We are a well-established and reputable puppy boutique in Boca Raton that has been in business for over 15 years. We are looking for a part-time Sales Associate to be part of our team who will be fully flexible to be able to meet our schedule. * Must LOVE and be comfortable working with puppies. * Previous sales experience is required, at least 1 year, along with a positive attitude. * Every sales associate will be provided with training to give you the knowledge necessary for our business. * Must live near Boca Raton, Fl. * Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends. * Good with social media * GREAT FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS. The ideal candidate will be people oriented with excellent communication skills and will possess the following: * Strong sales mindset * Positive attitude * Excellent work ethic * Reliable * Eager to learn/grow Hours of Operation: Monday - Saturday: 11a-6p Sundays 12n - 4p *working hours will vary and sales associates may be expected to come in before opening hours and stay after closing Responsibilities * Assist customers with product selection and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience. * Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions and processing returns. * Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise. * Utilize effective communication skills to engage with customers and promote sales. * Demonstrate product knowledge and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Ensure a clean and inviting store environment for customers.
