Loan Simple is a cutting-edge purchase focused Lender with a state-of-the-art development program focused on creating the industry's top producing Loan Officers. The OPPORTUNITY We are currently seeking a Consumer Direct Sales Manager that will be a leader by driving values, delivering results and building/coaching sales teams. The Sales leader will be tasked to implement and coach to the strategic direction of the Consumer Direct Channel and directly manage 10+ Loan Officers. The candidate will have the opportunity to lead a Consumer Direct sales team, with a goal of optimizing purchase volume execution. Duties and Responsibilities: * Oversee and monitor weekly performance standards including application and closing objectives for each Loan Officer * Accountable for managing a team to achieve a specific volume plan, quality targets and the overall client experience * Execute performance-based measurements and processes * Provide daily and weekly sales coaching to Loan Officers on your sales team * Manage escalations and issues in the product/pricing, administrative and disciplinary areas * Ensure loan quality standards are met What You will Get * Unlimited earning potential with base, commission, and bonus structure at the top of the market * A continuous stream of highly engaged and motivated borrowers to work with your sales team * Industry leading technology to maximize productivity * Best in class operations support so you can focus on new business and grow your pipeline * Access to more programs and loan options than your competition * Deal Desk support so you never miss an opportunity The REQUIREMENTS * Minimum of 7-10 years of residential mortgage lending experience; preferably within experience with purchase mortgages * 4+ years of previous mortgage sales management experience * Strong desire to succeed in a sales environment and be a top producer * Proven ability to hire, recruit and retain a Residential Lender sales team of minimum of 10 loan officers * Experience in the digital mortgage landscape with a proven track record of supervising or managing mortgage consumer direct team * Expert knowledge in all areas of loan policies/regulations, procedures, and mortgage compliance * Demonstrate product knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional and other loan programs such as down payment assistance and bond programs. * Subject to SAFE Act Registration Requirements The QUESTION The question is, are YOU the PRO we're looking for?
