Summary Join Our Growing Team as a Key Contributor! We are looking for a dedicated full-time team member ready to contribute significantly to our fieldwork projects. The ideal candidate will possess a dependable vehicle, maintain an active lifestyle, and thrive on interacting with others. This role requires a high level of self-motivation and initiative. Candidates should also be proficient with MAC computers and comfortable managing phone communications. Responsibilities * Graduate from PLACE Launch * Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly * Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes * Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers * Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology * Conduct two open houses monthly * Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments * Participate in weekly script practice per team standards * Participate in team activities per team standards * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call * Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home * Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally.
