Max Home Services is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring our clients have the highest level of satisfaction with our handyman services. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering quality service solutions in the home services industry. Key Responsibilities : * Sales Generation & Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with both residential and commercial clients. Work to expand Max Home Services' client base and market presence. * Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Ensure they are consistently satisfied with our services and act as their primary point of contact for any questions or concerns. * Service Consultation & Proposal Creation: Assess clients' needs and provide personalized service recommendations. Prepare and present customized quotes, proposals, and service plans. * Lead Qualification : Manage inbound leads and qualify them effectively to determine their suitability for Max Home Services. Nurture leads and convert them into loyal clients. * Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate service terms and pricing with clients while ensuring Max Home Services meets its business goals and maintains competitive pricing. * Collaboration with Operations Team : Work closely with Max Home Services' operations and project management teams to ensure smooth service execution and customer satisfaction from initial inquiry to project completion. * Sales Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools. Track sales progress, forecast future sales, and report on client engagement and satisfaction. * Customer Retention & Upselling: Ensure customer satisfaction and work toward repeat business opportunities, upselling additional services as needed to meet customer needs and maximize revenue. * Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Keep up to date with market trends, competitive landscape, and new developments within the home services industry to effectively position Max Home Services against competitors. * Achieve Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by achieving new client acquisitions, growing accounts, and driving revenue. Qualifications : * 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the home services, handyman, or construction industry. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a demonstrated ability to effectively present service offerings to clients. * Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and drive sales results. * Excellent negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills. * Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. * A positive, solution-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Familiarity with home improvement or handyman services is a plus. Preferred Qualifications : * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. * Previous experience in a service-oriented sales role or in the home improvement industry. * Knowledge of construction or home repair terminology and project management.
