Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated, outgoing, and experienced Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting in the daily operations of the retail store. You will play a key role in driving sales, scheduling deliveries, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and supervise team members will be essential to your success in this position. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized team player with strong background in sales, client relationship management, and marketing , and will be ready to meet the evolving needs of our small business. Key Responsibilities: * Guide clients through a diverse inventory of fine rugs and home furnishings, matching products to their preferences. (commission incentive on sales) * Coordinate and assist with pick-ups and deliveries alongside our delivery team for customers and distributor retail locations across Southeast and Southwest Florida. * Manage client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. * Write invoices and manage inventory. * Support dynamic and changing business needs with flexibility and initiative. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred, but not required. * 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, with demonstrated expertise in marketing, customer service and relationship building. * Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management tools. * Valid, unencumbered Florida driver's license. * Proficiency in English required; Spanish proficiency is a plus. * Ability to pass a background and credit check. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
