Job Description The Licensed Customer Service Representative position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, receiving and processing insurance payments for existing customers, providing policy reviews and adding and deleting vehicles, drafting letters & reports, and other additional customer service duties as directed by the agent or associates. Salary: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour * Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Retirement Plan * Responsibilities* * Document each customer contact in eAgent. * Answer phones and handle customer service duties * Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information. * Perform policy reviews of current customer and look for opportunities to cross sell * Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems Requirements * Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. * Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. * Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. * Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. * Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. * Confident, self-starter who works well independently. * Must have ability to multi-task. * A property & casualty license is preferred but will train good individual. * Must be highly self-motivated.
