Qualifications: * Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably within a high-performing or award-winning brokerage. * Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals. * Strong negotiation skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. * Licensed real estate agent in Florida. * Proficiency in real estate software and technology platforms.
