We are excited to welcome a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Inside Sales Customer Service Representative to our West Palm Beach branch. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, and process orders with efficiency and accuracy. As a vital member of our sales team, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your contributions will help shape the success of our branch and create lasting relationships with our customers. However, training will take place at our headquarters in Opa-Locka, requiring you to commute to this location during the training period. This training is a great opportunity to learn from our experienced team and get fully acquainted with our operations. Role Summary: In this role, you will identify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. You will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships. Your keen attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure accurate and efficient order processing. Responsibilities: * Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing product information and pricing quote. * Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. * Handle product returns, exchanges, and cancellations. * Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives. * Follow up to ensure resolution. * Collaborate with the outside sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue. * Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. * Understand customer needs and requirements. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. * Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. * Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality. * Execute the essential responsibilities of the position, with or without accommodations. Required Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework. * Fluent in English and Spanish. * Eligible to work in the United States. * Proven experience in inside sales and customer service. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in the metals manufacturing industry. * Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. * Experience with customer service software and tools.
