Responsibilities: * Service home buyers & home sellers at the highest level * Work effectively with team and mentors * Study and know local market statistics daily * Manage a database of leads and contacts with daily follow up and appointment-setting * Learn and use scripts and best practices for lead conversion * Participate in team meetings, events and one on one coaching Qualifications: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * High energy and passionate about working with and helping others * Committed to delivering exceptional customer service always * Goal-oriented and high-achieving- a sales or high-level customer service background is a plus! * Thrives in a dynamic, collaborative team environment - our team is fast-paced and results-focused.
