Summary The Tomlinson Group is seeking a motivated and personable Showing Assistant to join our dynamic real estate team. In this position, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service by supporting our lead agents during home showings. This role is ideal for those passionate about real estate, enjoy engaging with people, and are looking to grow their career within a thriving, high-performance team. Responsibilities * Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes * Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria * Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week * Participate in team activities and weekly meetings * Coordinate and lead property showings for buyer clients * Ensure homes are show-ready and secure before and after each tour * Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and other agents * Collect and relay client feedback to the lead agent * Keep an organized, up-to-date showing schedule * Support occasional open houses and team events as needed Qualifications You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
