Position Overview: We're seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team and fuel our growth. In this role, you'll be instrumental in identifying and qualifying high-potential leads, utilizing tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn. In addition, you will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, including collections assistance. Benefits: * Competitive Salary: $20 - $22/hour * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Paid Time Off Responsibilities: * Find new leads, using sources such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn, and enter them into the CRM system (Salesforce). * Research facilities that generate high lead scores and have high estimated monthly recurring revenue to ensure the leads' quality. * Update existing leads in the CRM system that has missing or inaccurate information. * Measure and generate a lead score for new and existing leads for how closely they fit the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). * Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure the accuracy of lead information, correcting any misinformation. * Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including collections assistance. Qualifications: * 2 years of direct sales and/or business development experience. * Experience with prospecting and qualifying leads. * Experience with CRM systems, preferably SalesForce. * Strong communication skills (spoke and written). * Analytical ability to gather and summarize data for targeted lead generation. * Creativity and ability to develop out-of-the-box solutions to drive unique, customer-centric solutions.
