Key Responsibilities

:

• Leverage your existing network to generate and cultivate new business opportunities
• Drive sales of commercial interior finishes by presenting tailored solutions to client needs
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with decision-makers in the commercial space
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insight, support, and strategic guidance
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and performance goals

Qualifications

:

• 7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in commercial construction or finishes
• Proven success managing a robust pipeline and closing complex, high-value deals
• Strong consultative selling skills with a customer-first mindset
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
