About Us Hull Renew LLC is a growing yacht services company specializing in boat detailing, compounding, wet sanding, and underwater hull cleaning. We provide premium services to boat owners, marinas, and industry professionals, ensuring every vessel we touch is in peak condition. Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to help expand our client base. This role involves securing new business accounts (boats, marinas, and individuals) and maintaining strong industry relationships. Candidates must have prior marine industry experience and an existing network --this is not an entry-level position. Key Responsibilities * Actively identify and acquire new business accounts , targeting boat owners, marinas, and marine professionals. * Promote and sell Hull Renew's services, including: * Hull cleaning (below and above waterline) * Full detailing (washing, waxing, polishing, and cabin cleaning) * Seawall cleaning * Damage surveys & investigations * Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the marine industry. * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business. * Track client communications and sales activities to help drive business growth. Requirements * Proven experience in the boating, marina, or marine-related industry. * Established contacts and relationships in the industry. * Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of securing new business. * Ability to work independently and drive business development efforts. * Knowledge of boat maintenance and detailing services is a plus.
