Responsibilities * Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis * Host two open houses each month * Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments * Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines * Take part in team events and activities as outlined by team standards * Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls * Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in home identification * Prepare and negotiate purchase offers for clients * Monitor and document activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology Qualifications * Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge * Skilled at establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions * Proficient in prospecting and generating leads * Naturally adept at handling objections * Effective communicator dedicated to delivering exceptional service * Collaborative team member * Licensed real estate agent * Exceptional written and oral communication abilities * Committed to continuous learning and personal growth * Highly organized * Open to mastering scripts and conversational techniques * Strong time management capabilities * Previous industry experience is a plus About-our-team About Habitat Team At Habitat Team with Place, we are dedicated to equipping our real estate agent partners with the knowledge and tools to become trusted experts in their local markets and communities.
