Job Overview Do Real Estate Sales and Property Management with a Premier Leading Company! We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations, along with exceptional customer service skills. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation abilities, as well as a commitment to providing clients with the highest level of service. As a Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while managing transactions from start to finish. Duties * Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties. * Conduct market research to identify property values and trends. * Prepare and present offers to clients and negotiate terms on their behalf. * Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. * Maintain organized administrative records of transactions and client interactions. * Develop marketing strategies to promote listings effectively. * Assist in property management tasks as needed, ensuring properties are well-maintained. * Utilize multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. * List Properties for either sales or Property Management Requirements * Valid real estate license in the state of CA. * Strong understanding of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Proven negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients. * Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships. * Highly organized with strong administrative capabilities to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. * Experience in property management is a plus but not required. * Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse client base. * A passion for sales and helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
