Job Description: We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative to focus on solutions for the maintenance and reliability market. The ideal candidate will have experience in the sector, technical skills, and the ability to develop relationships with clients across different industries, offering effective solutions for optimizing maintenance processes and equipment reliability management. Main Responsibilities: * Prospect new clients and identify business opportunities in the maintenance and reliability market. * Present and sell technical IOT products and solutions such as monitoring systems, fault diagnostics, and predictive maintenance strategies. * Conduct technical visits to clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions. * Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal. * Negotiate commercial terms, deadlines, and contracts with clients. * Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure customer retention and business expansion. * Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation of products and solutions. * Prepare sales reports, track goals, and monitor performance. Requirements: * Previous experience as a technical sales representative, preferably in industrial maintenance, equipment reliability, or related product and fields. * Technical knowledge in predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, fault analysis, and industrial systems reliability. * Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and build clear, effective relationships with clients. * Ability to work independently and goal-oriented. * A technical or higher education degree in Engineering, Mechanics, Electrical, Automation, or related fields is preferred. * Availability to travel. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with remote monitoring tools and industrial maintenance systems. * Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools. * Understanding of maintenance and reliability processes in various industries (e.g., petrochemical, steel, paper and pulp, hospitals, water treatment, food & beverage, etc.).
