Responsibilities * Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program * Collaborate with the lead sales agent to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients * Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines * Take part in team activities according to team standards * Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls * Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology Qualifications You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
